February 1 (Zoom): Acknowledging Grief and Setting Intentions for Healing


In this opening session, participants will explore the importance of acknowledging their grief and allowing themselves to feel and process emotions in a safe space. Learn how to set realistic, compassionate intentions for your healing journey, establishing a foundation for growth and renewal.


February 8 (Fort Ben Public Library): Self-Care Strategies for Emotional Wellness:


This session focuses on practical self-care strategies tailored to emotional and physical well-being. Discover how to prioritize your needs, create a routine that nurtures your body and mind, and cultivate habits that support resilience in the face of grief.


February 15 (Zoom): Finding or Rediscovering Love After Loss:
