Service Description

Caregiving is a profound act of love, but it often comes with emotional and physical challenges. This 4-week series is designed specifically for caregivers, providing a supportive space to prioritize your well-being, build resilience, and reclaim balance in your life. Whether you’re caring for a loved one or a professional in the field, these sessions offer practical tools to manage stress, set boundaries, and maintain your energy while continuing to give compassionately. March 1 (Zoom): Managing Stress While Caring for Others Discover mindfulness techniques and strategies to identify and reduce stress, even during your busiest days. March 8 (Glendale Public Library): Establishing Boundaries and Asking for Help Learn how to set healthy boundaries, delegate tasks, and confidently seek support to protect your well-being. March 15 (Zoom): Processing Guilt and Overcoming Burnout Gain practical strategies to release feelings of guilt and overcome exhaustion, empowering you to continue caregiving with renewed strength. March 22 (Glendale Public Library): Building Resilience Through Self-Care Practices Explore how daily self-care routines can build emotional and physical resilience, helping you thrive while caregiving. Why Attend? These sessions honor the unique experiences of caregivers, offering actionable guidance and a nurturing environment to help you thrive while balancing compassion and self-preservation. 💻 Hybrid Format: Zoom & Glendale Public Library 💵 Cost: $75 (includes class materials & light refreshments)

Cancellation Policy

If a client needs to rearrange a coaching session, they should provide at least 48 hours' notice. No refunds will be given to clients for unused coaching sessions unless 48 hours have been given. In exceptional circumstances, Coach Jan may need to rearrange a coaching session. In those instances, she will also give the client 48 hours' notice where practical. If you cancel an appointment with less than 48 hours' notice or fail to show up, you will be charged for the appointment.
