May 3 (Zoom) – Creating a Vision for Your Future This session focuses on empowering women to redefine their goals and purpose after any loss, whether it’s the end of a relationship, the passing of a loved one, or any other life transition. Learn how to create a clear, empowering vision for the future that aligns with your personal values and aspirations. May 10 (Zoom) – Establishing Boundaries in Your Healing Setting healthy boundaries is crucial to maintaining emotional wellness during your healing journey. In this session, you’ll learn how to establish and honor boundaries that protect your peace and well-being while navigating grief and personal growth. May 17 (In-Person at Glendale Public Library) – Building Confidence and Resilience in Your New Life Explore ways to rebuild your self-worth and resilience, embracing the changes in your life with a renewed sense of purpose and self-love. May 31 (In-Person at Ft. Ben Public Library) – Celebrating Your Journey and Moving Forward In this final session, reflect on your progress, celebrate your achievements, and plan next steps for continued growth. Learn how to create daily practices that foster emotional wellness and keep you moving forward with confidence. This revision focuses on the importance of boundary-setting as part of the healing process for women rebuilding their lives.
