Often we relate to a death as a loss. What if we reframed our perspective?

The relationship didn’t end. It transformed.


We’ve just never been taught how to continue a relationship without physical presence.

You can still talk to them.


You can still include them.


You can still feel them.



🌱 Self-Care Tip:


Write one sentence to your loved one today. Just one. Keep it simple.



Action:


Do something today that you used to enjoy together—and allow yourself to smile without guilt.
